Come Sail Away . . .

Yes, we've been in Cabo again this spring. Yes, it may be a little excessive but what can I say, I really don't feel guilty! We went this time with three other couples, the Johnsons from Washington, D.C., the Hildebrandts from SLC (previously DC) and the Ferrins from SLC. I can say as an absolute fact that a good time was had by all.

Highlights? The afternoon spent sailing and snorkeling. The great surprise is that while I did not snorkle, I actually swam in the ocean which all of the Callister children know is a first for me. Dennis, the captain, provided a good grilled chicken dinner which tasted all the better for being served on board while anchored off "Lovers' Beach" at sunset.

And no, none of us came home with swine flu although both of the Johnsons had to stay home for a week before they permitted to go back to the office. Yep, they were both placed in quarantine! What has happened to our somewhat sane country?

  1. Has Hell officially frozen over? I wasn't informed.

I AM very proud of you, you're braver than me! And Jeff for that matter, though that's not hard when it comes to creatures (especially ocean ones). While I HAVE swam in the ocean I did so whilst VERY scared and quite convinced I was about to die or be eaten.
